KP Glazing & Eco Frame Direct: Two Brands, One Client, Built to Feel Aspirational
We built distinct digital identities for two home improvement brands owned by one Crawley client and have grown both ever since.
Background
A good referral is worth more than any advert, and it usually says as much about the introducer as the introduced. Krzysztof came to Three Girls Media in September 2025 on the recommendation of another client we’d already built a website for: the kind of introduction that arrives with the trust already built in.
At the time, Krzysztof owned KP Glazing, a Crawley-based specialist in bespoke, made-to-measure glass products (frameless shower enclosures, glass balustrades, Crittall-style doors and windows, walk-on glass) sold into the luxury, lifestyle end of the home improvement market, to homeowners, architects and interior designers across London and the South East. The craftsmanship was never in question; the website was. It didn’t reflect the quality of the work, and it wasn’t giving prospective clients the confidence to pick up the phone. The brief was to build a website that looked and felt like a market leader, backed by the SEO, PPC and social media to put it in front of the right people.
Two months later, in November 2025, Krzysztof came back. He was launching a second business, Eco Frame Direct, a supplier and installer of custom windows and doors serving the same South East market, but positioned differently. Where KP Glazing trades on craftsmanship and lifestyle appeal, Eco Frame Direct is the more considered purchase: high-quality product, properly installed, for homeowners and builders who want it done right. Two related businesses in the same space, aimed at two different instincts in the same buyer, and both needing to look every bit as premium as the products behind them.
What our Client Said
Could not have been more helpful.
Julian and team have been absolutely fantastic in building my website and brand. Their knowledge, expertise and attention to detail is second-to-none and they are always at the end of the phone if ever I have a question.I can’t recommend Three Girls Media highly enough!

The Work
We started with KP Glazing’s website, structured around each product category (frameless showers, glass balustrades, the Heritage Collection of steel-look doors and windows) and built mobile-first, since most glazing enquiries start on a phone mid-renovation. We laid the SEO foundations at launch, targeting Crawley, London and the wider South East, added landing pages and PPC campaigns for the highest-value services, and took on the ongoing social media strategy: project photography, before-and-afters, the kind of content that turns one strong installation into the next enquiry and keeps the brand visible to an audience that takes its time deciding.
Eco Frame Direct started from a stronger position, because by November we already knew how Krzysztof worked and what he expected from us. The challenge here was range: five product categories, from uPVC and aluminium windows through composite doors to rooflights, presented without the site feeling like a catalogue. We gave each category its own structured section, built in the accreditations that matter in this market (Assured Certified Installer status, GGF membership, PAS 24 and Secured by Design compliance, a 10-year installation guarantee), and added interactive Design Your Door and Design Your Window tools, plus a finance calculator so homeowners could model the cost before making an enquiry. SEO, local SEO and PPC across Google and Meta followed the same launch playbook as KP Glazing, widened to cover Surrey, Kent, Sussex and Essex.
The most telling piece of work came after both sites were live: a rebrand of the colour palette across both businesses. KP Glazing and Eco Frame Direct sell into the same aspirational homeowner audience even though the products differ, and Krzysztof wanted both to read as premium and desirable at a glance rather than purely functional. Rather than treat the two as unrelated projects, we updated the visual identity of each to reinforce that shared positioning: a small, deliberate change with an outsized effect on how a homeowner reads either brand in the first few seconds on the site.
Impact
Ten months into the KP Glazing relationship and eight into Eco Frame Direct, both brands are running full-funnel: SEO building visibility that compounds over time, PPC generating enquiries now, and social media keeping each brand in front of its audience in between. Both sites read as premium in their own right, and the shared rebrand means a homeowner who encounters one brand and later finds the other recognises the same standard in both. That’s no small thing when the two businesses sit side by side in the same local market.
What stands out about this relationship is its pace. Krzysztof trusted us with a second business two months after the first website went live, and has kept both running with us ever since, across SEO, PPC and social in parallel. It’s the clearest measure we have of a project done well: not just the site we hand over, but whether the client comes back. This time, he came back with an entire second business.
